The house is a big beautiful 100 year old place opposite the parklands. Its 7 minutes walk from the tram line 1 minute from the nearest bus stop and its 10 minutes from the Central Markets at 56 South TerraceWe are all pretty easy going. Split bills occasionally eating together or hanging out together. Basically we want the kind of place we can sometimes hang out together and watch TV or eat a meal together though with privacy as well. Hence the big house.At the moment we have 2 guys and 2 girls The rooms can be fully furnished bed cupboard book shelf etc.The place has beautiful tall ceilings a decent backyard and front yard off street parking and is reasonably quiet.The place is just a damn cool place to live reallyThe house will be a easy going safe for just hanging and relaxing with everything close by.
