We have an unfurnsihed room for rent in a HUGE heritage house in a quiet area of the CBD. The rest of the house is furnished. Perfect for working professional or higher degree student.

We are two guys and two girls, and one of the girls is moving up to the hills. We’d like to keep the balance and are looking for another girl join us. We are all professionals in our late 20s/mid 30s working in law, the arts, and IT.

There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 male and 1 female), full kitchen, dining/living room, and a lounge room set up as a home theatre. We have a great backyard as well with a beautiful gazebo.

Unlimited internet for $20/month. Utilities paid per quarter are about $350.

Free offstreet parking available, and also free untimed parking on the road.
