Hey people Ive got a room going in an awesome 2 bedroom house in the city available as of September 12th. Its in a two level heritage listed converted stable located just off Currie St near the Edinburgh Castle hotel. Living area kitchen and bathroom downstairs 2 big bedrooms upstairs. Location is amazing for city workers UniSA city west campus is just around the corner and theres no shortage of nightlife/restaurants nearby. Theres also an offstreet parking space that Im not using. Now heres the story.. I just got back from a long trip overseas and moved into the place very recently but the current housemate who has been living here for a few years unexpectedly has to move. So Im going to be taking the place over on a new lease which is where you come in. Im looking to find someone to sign a 12 month lease with me and split the bond etc as well as utilities and internet. Since most of the house was already set up and furnished when I moved in there will also be a fair bit of empty space when the current housemate moves out which means that if you already have some furniture and appliances there should be room for it. No biggie if you dont well just have to work out who forks out for what. Im 26 male work full-time in the city and also study externally. I like to think Im easy to get along with. Im looking to find someone whos friendly reliable with bills/rent and relatively tidy.
