Hi everyone I am looking for a flatmate who is fairly easygoing and can pay rent on time to share a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on Pulteney St in the city. Its in the perfect location close to everything-shops restaraunts Rundall St Mall Hutt St and Gouger St/Chinatown parks uni. The apartment has modern furniture and is fully equipt with everything neeeded. It has air conditioning/heating an awesome oudoor balcony setting with barbeque good kitchen plasma tvs etc.This security access building has gym and sauna also. Whats available is a furnished bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with queen size bed built in robes and table/shelf thing. The bathroom has spabath in it. Undercover secure parking available also. Ill try and get some photos up cos its a lot easier than explaining it all but my cameras broken it may take a bit. Rent is $200 week.
