Hi there Im Bianca Ive lived in this house for just over 3 years and love it however am now moving out with my partner. I (possibly soon to be you) share with Brad and Tom two of the most laid back flatmates one could ask for. The house is close to OConelle St where there is a 24hr bakery and k-food there is the North Adelaide Village with a grocery Shop etc. Brad and Tom are always out socializing or jamming but when they do have people over we are respectful to one another and try to keep the noise down. Gas and Electric is split three ways we rotate cleaning jobs and do our own dishes etc as they come so the lounge/kitchen is always nice and tidy. There is a courtyard backyard which is really lovely and large enough for BBQs etc. hope to hear from you soon
