Our company size means we have the relationships with tradespeople to get work done and we are also small enough to pay attention to what you need.Cleaning and gardening -We have regular cleaners and gardeners who clean the house and maintain the yard. You will still need to clean up after yourself and do your own dishes but the house stays clean and maintained.Internet our houses include a Telstra Wifi Internet connection its almost always connected by a cable which is the fastest possible connection type in Australia.Transport All Student Rooms houses are extremely well connected to public transport routes in fact we plan every house with this in mind. So its easy to access the city University Tafe and College campuses and other important places.The house:Leafy trees on the street and a grand old house makes this a really nice place to live. It has two full bathrooms separate dining and living areas.
