Apartment is secured with card access to the building. There is an awesome RA available in the building 9am to 5pm weekday and weekends via contact.

Bond and inspections will be handle by the building management. You will be more like a mate than a tenet to me. So we can work out any issues :-). Secured city parking is available at extra $10 – $7 per day.

Short term rent at $200 per week.
