We are international students – one studies at UniSA and the other does at UniAdelaide. We are easy going but clean and looking for flatmates who are same to us. The apartment is located in the heart of city. It is very close to shopping mall 5-10mins walk to UniSA – East and West campuses Adelaide Uni Central Market…. all Buses Tram and Trains are surrounding and very easy to go any where. The master room is fully furnished includes ensuit built-in-wardrobe that suitable for 2 friends or couple want to live together. 2 single beds and study desks are also provided. So you will have a responsibility to keep your room clean clear tidy. The sharing areas as kitchen and lounge are also expected to be take care of. We bet that nobody wants to live with dirty and messy so that is why we are looking for a friends to treat our place as your own home with cleanliness. Fast ADSL 2+ and phone are provided but need extra charge for any phone calls. The rent is included electricity water and internet.
