Im looking for someone that is laid back and sociable yet tidy mature and responsible :)// ABOUT THE PLACE //The place has two living areas one on each level – the upstairs one enters out onto a huge outside terrace that sports a glass-top 7 piece outdoor setting – perfect for entertaining. It also has two bathrooms down lights and air-conditioning throughout and a double garage. There are several supermarkets and cafes within walking distance and theres a Go-Zone bus stop very close by as well as the tram line is just a few blocks away so its easy to get to/from the city for work or Uni.// ABOUT US //The place will be shared with myself – Andy / 27 / self-employed and my current housemate – Julian / 22 / who works part-time and also studies law. Were both very respectful mature and easy to get along with.
