Hi we have a house on Halifax Street with a room available to rent. Currently housing a student male (22 Years old) and a full time working female (24 years old). Third housemate is moving interstate. Rent is $267.00 a fortnight each. Bills are cheap and split 3 ways. Brilliant location for city workers and students. Lease runs out in January but will be renewed. Single bed and some furniture available or room can be available empty.
