Our housemate is moving out… so we have a big bedroom up for grabs!

The house is a big 3 bedroom villa with a spare room, huge lounge/kitchen area, 2 bathrooms, massive backyard, plenty of storage space and off street parking.

You would be sharing with a 30 y.o. and 25 y.o nurse/student . Both of us are friendly, easygoing and

know how to clean up after ourselves. We also have a very friendly medium sized dog.
It’s an awesome location. 5 minute drive to the city ($12 taxi home on a Saturday night) and the tram to the city/glenelg is
at the end of the street! Its only a few minutes walk to the
shops as well.

Price is $120 per week not including bills.

You must be relatively normal, easygoing, know how to clean
up after yourself, and able to pay the rent on time!
