I have a single spacious room for rent at $125/week ($500 a month) with a remaining lease of 5 months (beginning December 1st until May 2013). Fully furnished a comfortable double bed a spacious wardrobe and a side table. One bathroom upstairs and one toilet downstairs. Rent includes unlimited usage of internet. Utilities (gas water electricity) is shared among 4 people and all three housemates are female and they are kind and considerate. Place is pretty convenient (7-8 minutes from city south tram stop) and 5 minutes from central market where you can get all your groceries.
