Hello Im hoping to find a lovely friendly flatmate to take the second bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. Its on the 5th floor of a really safe and pretty nice apartment complex right on the corner of East Terrace and North Terrace – a 30 second walk from a yummy breakfast place 3 minutes from the cinema across the road from the Botanic Gardens and with all the restaurants and cafes of Rundle Street just a stones throw away. Its really handy for getting around the city on foot.The apartment is a decent size – a big living area with a kitchen off to the side – a good bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. The second bedroom thats up for renting would fit a double bed (cosily!) – it has a fully fitted sliding wardrobe – and a door that opens onto the balcony (which is also accessible from living area). Its a small enough room but with lots of light and it faces South so doesnt get too hot. The room is unfurnished except for the wardrobe Im afraid but Im up for helping with Ikea assembly if needs be!Im a 28 year old girl who moved to Adelaide 3 months ago for work – I had friends visiting over Christmas so wanted to keep the room free but now Im hoping to find someone to move in soon. I dont have a whole lot of furniture – youll see from the photos – but all the essentials are in place. I like baking sometimes cooking having a beer at weekends reading books in nice coffee shops… it would be extra lovely if you want to hang out every so often and we could get on good too.The rooms available in April for at least 3 months but more likely 6 – will know better soon enough.
