Hi there Looking for someone to share with me and a 26 y.o female roomie in a house that I recently bought and moved into. Happy to negotiate the length of stay and am asking for $150/wk (inc bills) . House has all mod cons but has minimal furniture in the spare bedroom. House is 12km north east of the city 20 mins by bus close to bus stop parks local shops and mawson lakes. Heaps of space and a large backyard with pool and undercover outdoor entertaining area. We are looking for someone who is most of all friendly trustworthy and someone wholl help keep the house tidy and pay rent on time. Prefer someone who is working or studying full time and wouldnt mind living with 2 cats and small dog. Having similar interests would be a bonus.
