We are looking for a house mate to move into our double garage. We have had a guy using it as a bedroom for the last 3 years; however he has decided to travel. The house is in North Adelaide and is 20 minute walk to the universities and Rundle mall. It is a modern town house with courtyard garden and two bath rooms.The house is fully furnished and all that the new house mate really needs is a bed; however we can accommodate furniture if its better than ours!The house is down a small lane way and apart from the planes (cant escape them in North Adelaide) it is a very quiet part of the city. There is on-street parking that doesnt require permits.There are 3 males in residence (2 professionals and 1 tradie) ranging in age from 22 to 28. We arent too fussed what kind of person we get as long as they are trustworthy tidy and have an easy going personality like ours.I have attached a photo of the inside of the garage. As you can see it has doubled as a gym (The gym equipment will be gone). It is big enough for storage as well as setting up as a personal lounge if required.
