Hi Im nearly 26 and currently living in a 2br unit and have a fully furnished spare room available for rent. My housemate who was a uni student from overseas just went back home.I want someone trustworthy friendly and clean to move in and share the lease during this time. Preferably close to my age as well.Sadly theres no carparks available except in the street but theres public transport (bus and train) nearby and rent is cheap for this suburb ($95 a week) and bills are about $150 per quarter (if youre here less than a quarter $50 per month will be fine for normal (not excessive) usage otherwise we will split what comes in). Naturally I expect a fair split on buying the things we both use (dishwashing liquid toilet paper cooking oil etc. etc.)Im pretty clean and tidy easy going with plenty of hobbies outside the house. I work at Flinders which is very convenient. Its also a great spot within walking distance of the beach and 5 mins drive from Glenelg. The house is fully furnished and the single room has a wardrobe and dressing table single bed and desk. I have my own wireless broadband which I would suggest would be best for anyone moving in to also get
