I have completed my studies here and am looking for someone to take over my lease [current lease ends on the 30th June, extendable until end of year]. It is a premium double room up on the 14th floor with great views at Urbanest Student Accommodation which includes your own bedroom, bathroom, 40GB Internet data per month, electricity, kitchen utensils, bedding and a shared kitchen with 3 other student residents. The normal rate for a premium double room at Urbanest is minimum $340. I am offering it for $280. All you have to do is, move in and start living with a bunch of great people!

Usual rent is $340 minimum.. this is only $280 per week!!
