Choice of one or two bedrooms one large one small with own bathroom and lock up garage for use if needed and power is included in price and can supply a double bed . No smokers and must be clean and tidy I do have a 3year old that I have from Friday arvo too Monday mornings . I work full time as a tradie and go to the gym everyday I am only home get home after 6 and leave at 5.30am mon to Friday just looking at renting a room to reduce my cost .
