About the house and property:Two rooms available in a decent sized house in South Toowoomba (Harristown). Two small shopping complexes are located within walking distance and its only a short walk to the bus stop.There is one parking space available (driveway) but there is also space on the sidewalk for a second car if needed.One room is at the front of the house it is of fairly large size and has a nice window and carpeted floor. It also has a second window facing the garage.The second room has a polished wooden floor and a very large inbuilt cupboard/wardrobe. It also has a window that faces the garage.Both bedrooms are located right next to the bathroom which has recently been renovated and has plenty of space for personal toiletries for all tenants. The toilet is a seperate room located near the laundry.There is a large carpeted common area in the centre of the house. This acts as the dining room but has lots of room for small furniture and personal belongings.The kitchen is very large with plenty of cupboard and pantry space and has a new dishwasher oven and stove. Fridges for tenants will be located in the laundry – which is directly off the galley style kitchen.The laundry is large enough to accomodate two fridges as well as a washing machine however there is no washing machine currently at the house. Although there is a coin-operated laundry within easy walking distance (near the IGA).The house has a lovely front yard although its not very big. The back yard on the other hand is very large. The property is pre-approved for a small to medium sized dog although the fence would need some fixing up before-hand.About myself and my partner:Im a 21yo female and my boyfriend is 23. Were both easy to get along with and were both about to start studying full-time at Tafe and we have a tortoiseshell kitten named Pumpkin. She is solely an indoor cat so some caution will be needed to ensure she doesnt get outside.What were looking for in a housemate:All we ask is that you keep your area clean and tidy help to keep the common areas clean and tidy and are respectful of us our cat and our belongings.
