House is equipped with DLUG two way bathroom with seperate shower bath and vanity/sink. Toilet is seperate with another vanity/sink outside. Kitchen is equipped with Wall Oven and Griller Hotplates Microwave Dishwasher Walk-in pantry Toaster Kettle and other electrical appliances. Laundry is equipped with frontload washing machine and dryer. Lounge Room has lounge large tv and dvd player. Room has bed and dresser that can be removed if you have your own furniture plus it has a large built-in robe. Please note that my children aged 17 and 14 visit me for half of all school holidays and every second weekend during school terms. Rent is $135 per week paid fortnightly in advance with a bond of $540. Extra costs will include equal share of electricity internet (if required) and mowing (minimal amount for fuel and maintenance only). I do all yardwork and general cleaning. Inspection and meeting a must. No smokers and no pets due to my health issues and the lease.
