Bruen and myself (Ben) are looking for a third person to share our charming home with. It is located in Glasgow Street North Toowoomba. The back yard backs onto gowrie creek (the house is high enough to be safe from flooding) and the back yard is expansive lending itself to summer BBQs and veggie gardens. There is one room left and it will be quick to go. The room measures 2.3m x 3.4m and there is a cabinet in the hallway available for extra storage. Currently the room is unfurnished however if you require furniture it could probably be arranged. We are both easy going gentlemen and are looking for a clean and tidy(ish) person to complete the trio. Gender is not important however you have to be ok with cats as we have a young feline by the name of Gabe. In the way of appliances we have gas hot water an electric stove a wood heater (this will be AWESOME in the bitterly cold Toowoomba winter) a washing machine an iron/ironing board and a fridge. The house has recently had a sprucing up with new carpets and a new paint job on some of the walls. Because of the carpet we have a shoes off policy but aside from that no major rules. The bills are all split evenly and the lawn mown in turns. We tend to clean as we go to keep the home clean and tidy. The rent is VERY cheap – $85/week and a bond of $340 will be required. . Weve made the place available now however this is subject to approval by our real estate agent Tamara which would probably take a few days.
