Hi I am looking for a housemate to hopefully move in this weekend. I am looking for someone who is genuinly clean and tidy decent laid back easy going and likes to have a few drinks of course but no smoking at home. I have two dobermans who are like children to me so you must try and be able to stand them great guard dogs though. The house is fully furnished just bring your own bedroom furniture. Also will split electricty bill no phone is connected or internet. Landlord is wanting $400 bond and lease signed also thanks to last housemate. House is located within walking distance to CBD including pubs. Queens park is only a few blocks away as well as Hospital tafe and schools. I am also wanting refs for anyone interested yes may sound very fussy but had VERY bad experience with last housemate and dont want a repeat!
