A BBQ out the back under a covered percola with table and chairs.The large room downstairs has its own toilet/shower along with queen size bed and antique furniture wardrobe chaise lounge bookcase and chairs ideal for a couple who wants privacy. The other rooms are upstairs with builtin cupboards and access to a bath/shower/toilet upstairs. there is reverse cycle heating and airconditioning.My flatmate is a friendly female and we welcome all nationalities our preference is for other females who need a room. Gas and Electricity are free and your rent is a flat rate so no other expenses. The house is fully furnished so you dont have to worry about refrigerator microwave bed TV etc. Its a great home so I may be fussy who I choose to live with.
