I already have found one new housemate and Im looking for another one for the extra room.Im looking for someone who is clean tidy and easy going to share the house with us. I have one room available for rent in a newly renovated house. The room comes has a cupboard and a bed can be provided to get the room ready to move in. There is only one toilet and one bathroom in the house. The room are of decent size. The house is fully furnished. All rooms have a new carpet in-built wardrobe and blinds on a large window. The house features dining and lounge areas an extra family room fully equipped kitchen and laundry and sunny private outdoor area. Only 2 minutes walking to the Japanese Garden and about 6 minutes walking to the USQ. Close to all amenities. Off street car parking is available.
