I am seeking a female and offering cheap accommodation in exchange for assisting in caring for my 11 year old daughter. I work night shift and some weekends. My home is across the road from the school my daughter attends so no driving will be required. My home is walking distance to the city a very short walk to shops/restaurants/post office/newsagency Buses to the University and TAFE are also within easy walking distance. I would require references and a blue card (which I can help organise). I have a single room available and is fully furnished for your convenience. Both my daughter and I are helpful considerate relatively quiet and would like a female who wishes to become a part of our little family.
