The house is 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, pool, beautiful mountain views, very private, fenced backyard. Downstairs is a self contained area where my housemate lives and upstairs is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Rent for the unfurnished room is 160 per week and includes your own bathroom. The remainder of the house is fully furnished but you’re welcome to add to the decor.
