Full time employed or student to share with employed female and joint care parent of 3 school age kids one week per f/n.

House is quiet after 730pm so suitable for study or quiet time at night….plus we are outdoor family so tend to be out or outside often. ..

The room is a reasonable size and gets plenty of sun
Nice little garden and house in a lovely area 30 secs walk from beach.

No heavy drinkers , indoor smokers or drug users ;prefer child friendly, self sufficient… cheerful co -habitants;)
