Very small accommodation would suit someone looking for short term probably. Close to town and transport. I am a clean and tidy guy smoking outside only no parties but do drink no drugs. Applicant must be quiet and responsible clean up after themselves honest and reliable. No parties alcohol ok.Prefer employed person but not essential.
