Hi We have a renovated Beach House and our housemate of 18months has decided to move on. We currently also have a house mate who also works full time.This is not a party house but we do regularly hang out BBQ and have cook-offs.We also have a dog (see photo) but he is really more like a white rug that we have to feed. Most of our housemates have loved him but if you strongly dislike dogs this may not be the place for you.Rent is $150 per week including internet water and electricity.
