hi i am a 23 yr old enninnginer i work in brisbane i have two rooms availble in my house. its 100 from the beach in warana im looking for easy going house mates up tp 28. the house is fully renovated i have supplied washing machine drier tv fridge.there is a tripple car car port with an electric gate there is a shed in the backyard ready for use.there is currently one of my mates in a room he is 24 and a uni student.the rooms are fully renovated timber floors freshly painted and new electrrical fittings.looking forward to hearing from you
