Hi. We are a couple who are living in a 4 bedroom house. We have 1 room available for rent and we are looking for a clean and tidy employed male or female to occupy this room. The partly furnished room includes a queen or king ensemble bed (your choice), bedside tables, large built in wardrobe, a remote control ceiling fan/light and also linen provided if needed.

Two very friendly purebred staffy dogs also live at this house therefore please consider this before making your decision.

This 4 bedroom house has an inground pool, 2 x outdoor bbq/entertainment areas, big backyard, study/computer room, large lounge room with 60 inch LED TV, Austar and full body massage chair and also a pool table room with full cupboard of games.
Is walking distance to shops and public transport and only a 10min drive to Noosa’s main beach.

The $160 per week rent includes electricity, gas, Austar, wireless broadband internet usage and local calls only. Food is not provided in the rent.
