17 Depper Street is a fantastic option for your family holiday. This four bedroom, two bathroom home, stylishly furnished and presented, is only a 250 metre stroll to the cafes, restaurants, Surf Club and beach in a quiet, tree-lined street in central Sunshine Beach.

This is a spacious home featuring two living areas and three of the bedrooms (queen beds in one and double beds in the other two) and one bathroom downstairs, together with fully equipped, modern kitchen which features timber bi-fold doors opening up to a servery on the wrap-around timber deck outside. The deck and courtyard are made for outdoor living and dining. It is a fantastic entertaining area with built-in seats. Plasma TVs are located in the main living room and the media room, allowing guests different viewing options.

Upstairs is the master suite, providing a light-filled, breezy sanctuary for Mum & Dad. The bedroom is a generous size with walk-in robe and ensuite with double basins.

The pristine, sunny pool area provides a great cool off after the walk back from the beach and will keep the kids occupied for many hours.

The beautiful ocean breezes keep the home cool in summer and the canopy of trees provide sunny spots and good shade. There are ceiling fans throughout the house.

The property is fully fenced and will allow pets on application. There is a surcharge of $80 to bring your pet. Selected areas of the Beach are pet-friendly.
