We have a fully furnished single room available in our home for a female university student or employed lady. Our lake front non-smoking 4 bedroom home is only a 5 minute walk from the Sunshine Coast University and is even less to local shops and public transport. I am a professional working in the local area my husband operates his own business and we have two children aged 9 and 14. We are an easy-going family that also have a very friendly Labrador dog and two cats so someone who likes animals is preferred. Rather than paying rent and being responsible for your own food and utilities we can provide breakfast evening meals internet connection and local phone calls for an additional $50 per week. We would prefer a boarder who can see the value in this however will also accept a boarder who wants to prepare their own meals etc
