Hi I have a single room with a comfy bed and mirrored built in wardrobe desk tall boy and bedside table. We are situated close to the Uni (about 15 min walk) We have fast broadband internet ready to go along with a large tv and Austar! We are a friendly working couple with a male boarder that only stays Mon-Thur but works full time. We have cats and a puppy.
