Hi If you would like to live in a friendly family enviroment this room is for you. Fully furnished also includes desk and single comfortable bed. I work full time my partner shift work and my daughter is a year 12 student. Oh….and my cats well they dont do much at all! My partner does night shift so if you are someone that wants to have extremley loud music this room is not for you. Ray does sleep very well though.We are easy going and clean and tidy (most of the time) however we are a busy little family. We are situated near USC and live in a near new home. Rent maybe reduced depending on your needs.
