We have a room for rent in a 4 bedroom fully furnished house in Sippy Downs. Rent is only $100 per week including internet. Electricity and water will be shared equally. Room is furnished or you can bring you own bedroom furniture if you like. We are fulltime students at Sunshine Coast Uni. as well as work part time. Easy 3 minute walk to university.
