I have a three bedroom townhouse very close to the University of the Sunshine Coast ideal for USC students. I have the master bedroom with ensuite. I have two spare bedrooms for rent at $160 each per week. Those two bedrooms share a bathroom. The bedrooms are partially furnished bed etc.The house is fully furnished with 42 inch Plasma in the lounge room pool table outdoor patio area double lockup garage. I have Austar (cable TV) with all the channels available.I am a 26 year old working professional. Im a sociable guy and I like a bit of music and a few drinks on the weekends. I would like to fill the rooms ASAP.
