It is a 10 minute drive to the University and surrounded by awesome running/walking paths nice/close walk to the shops cafe.The room for rent is approx $110.00 per week unfurnished with double robes. FYI we are offering the room at a cheaper price because it is a little smaller than the other rooms however it still fits a double bed and a desk.Seeking someone of similar age who is clean easygoing respectful of others and is sociable.
