This is a gated complex with a pool, spa and BBQ area. There is also a gardener. This is a beautiful, quite and relaxing area. Pets are allowed, except dogs (housemate is allergic). Close to uni, shops, beach and motorway.

Housemates include a 27 y/o F doctor and 23 y/o F massage therapist. Share bathroom with one other. They are both friendly, social, clean and respectful. Electricity split evenly and WIFI available if required. I will be moving out on the 2nd January for work, move in as soon as possible, as I will be paying two rents. Lease ends August next year.
