Hi I am a easy going and quiet 30 ish female looking for a roomy to share my unit. It is a comfortable 2 bedroom unit with a larger shared bathroom. The unit is fully furnished and furnature is available for the bedroom (double bed dresser etc.). My partner has just moved away for work and the place has gotten a little quiet because of his work he will only be home 2 days every month! ! I have a dog who is inside outside he is very well trained and just a dream to live with quiet and clean. I work and study at USC my unit is very close to the Uni short 3 min by car or 10 max by bus same to the plaza. I have wireless internet and that along with the electricity is included in the rent. I dont have any children and it will be only me sharing the unit (oh and the dog!) I love to cook (use to be a chef) but hate cooking for one I also like to enjoy a glass of wine with dinner. I work hard and sometimes work graveyard hours so i would like someone who understands what that means.
