The home is located in a central position with easy access to the motorways and very close to both USC and Mooloolaba TAFE. Situated on the water we get all the cool breezes and have direct access to the water from the backyard… Perfect for throwing a line in or pulling out a few mud crabs :-)I am an easy going middle aged person with a positive outlook and I am about to commence study at USC. I have 3 adult children 2 of which live locally. You must like dogs as I have an 8 year old pooch that is part of the family.
