Hi, we have one room available living with two 21 year old males. The apartment is on the canal in Mountain Creek with beach access. Unit is furnished (will need to furnish own room) with internet, power and water included in the rent. Shorter or longer stays than the nominated 3 months can be negotiated. No smoking of cigarettes inside, although smoking on the deck is permitted. Generally this is a very cruisy household and would suit most young people male or female.
