Great unit situated one block back from the Mooloolaba Esplanade and almost next door to the Coles centre.Within 100m of the Walan Street bus stop to the university. 2 min walk to the beach/shops.Spacious bedroom with queen size bed. No other furnishings in room apart from blind and a mirror. Rest of the house is kitted out with everything.Only one parking space available but there is a vacant block across the road or the Oceans Resort car park.We are very easy going neat and tidy housemates.Both work full-time night shifts/weekends and enjoy a drink after work.Lease is being extended until the beggining of August.
