Hey! I have 1 room for rent in Mooloolaba walking distance to the beach and Maccas! The townhouse is a 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom place. Rent for the room is $120 per week. I am leaving the house to live with my boyfriend so you would be living with 2 really friendly people Stephen (a lab technician) and Scarlett (a student). Electricity is divided equally among the house. No internet available and no pets allowed. The townhouse is perfect for a uni student as its cheap and only 10 minutes from uni!
