I have a granny flat for rent it has a small kitchen carpet carport ( more for entertaining) own bathroom with shower…kitchen doesnt have cooking appliances but ur welcome to use kitchen inside the house. I do have a dog that is a little naughty but harmless. i just need people that are clean and respectful.
