I have a room for rent available for 30th April. The room is in the downstairs area of the house and backs out to outdoor area. The room has built in wardrobes and is medium sized. you will also have your own bathroom.
there is garage space for one. house is very secure and located just a short stroll from cafe’s, mooloolaba and alex heads.
the house has a dishwasher, aircon and is fully furnished and i can provide bed etc for your room if need be.
I am after someone who is easy going, clean in shared areas. I work full time so will be home late most nights and home most of the weekends.
