Hey!On 21.3. my roommate is leaving. Therefore I am looking for someone who is interested in a furnished room with a big bed and a desk. In the living room there is a TV a couch and a good equiped kitchen. Total rent including water electricity etc is 150 bucks.The location is actually quite good: Only a few minutes walk to the beach as well as close to Coles and the busstation.You would be sharing the flat with me. I am an international student from Germany aged 25 attending some business courses at the USC. On weekends I like to jaunt do some BBQ or just meet other people to have fun.
