I have 2 furnished rooms in a 3 bedroom house for rent in mooloolaba 5 mins walk from beach BWS coles and mooloolaba tavern. Move in time is end of march till July 10 will want 2 weeks rent up front and will get that back on leaving rent will be 150 per room per week includes water electric will be spilt when the bill comes in its never expensive. Will need to have a full time job or if a student part time. Looking for a clean tidy and respectable housemates preferably female. Pets maybe depending on what they are.
