Hi I live in Mooloolaba and have a spare room available in a 3 bedroom townhouse located just down the road from the Esplanade. I am looking for a room mate that is clean and tidy and will respect others belongings. I hope to find someone that is easy going and likes to have a chat. The lease will preferably be a minimum of 6 months. A non 0 smoker is what i will also prefer as i am not a smoker.The residence is situated only a couple of blocks from the beach shops and the main esplanade. Alexandra Headlands and the plaza are only just 10 minuted down the road also!!Basically i am just looking for someone with a fun outgoing and adventurous personality that i can easily get along with. I am 21yrs old and am not fussed on either female or male company.Rent is $130.00 – $150.00 per week and utilities are every 3 months.If there is any other information you may need and you seem interested than i would love to hear from you!
