We are looking for a room mate (preferably female) to share a beautiful home in the heart of Mooloolaba. The house is fully furnished (except for your bedroom) clean has a big backyard and plenty of storage space. The location is central to everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer with bus stops less than 50m away! To share with two others we are looking for someone who is responsible and considerate but laid back and social. Rent is $130 per week (excluding bills) and wireless internet is available at an extra cost. We would require four weeks rent in advance as bond but you will get this back when you leave!
